The Performance review cycle 16/17 is now open!

As an employee ensure that you:

  • Have Goals populated, they add up to 100% and have been approved by your Line Manager
  • Navigate to the Performance module within Connect and complete yourself-evaluation, if required, and submit to your Line Manager
  • Prepare for the one to one discussion with your Line Manager

 

As a Line Manager ensure that you:

  • Review goals with your direct reports
  • Approve all the pending goals for your direct reports
  • Schedule your team members’ performance review meeting
  • Prepare for the one to one discussion with your team member by:
    • Reviewing their completed Self Evaluation, if applicable
    • Consider your own thoughts and comments
